From SNIPro to platform ecosystem.
SNIPro Founded
Started as SNIPro (Software, Network, Information Professionals) - our first venture into enterprise software and network solutions.
KaritKarma Registered
Registered as a sole proprietorship firm on 11 February 2010. Focused on product-based SaaS with ISP management and enterprise automation.
LoneSock Established
LoneSock established as a sole proprietorship consultancy firm owned by Lutfar Rahman. Serves as the consultancy wing of KaritKarma, providing IT consultancy, implementation services, and professional support.
KaritKarma Limited Incorporated
Became a limited company on 29 August 2013. Expanded into multi-product development with LoneSock continuing as the consultancy wing.
Cloud Infrastructure
Built our own cloud infrastructure 5 years after founding. Became an APNIC member with dedicated IP address blocks and autonomous system numbers.
Platform Ecosystem
Recognized that 7 shared services — identity, authorization, payments, unified communications, storage, QR/NFC, and commerce — could power every product. Began formalizing the platform architecture.
