Definition

What is QRID?

QRID is the operating system used by elite social clubs. It bundles a 29-module ERP, a club website served on the club's own domain, and a members-only social network, connected by a reciprocal access network between clubs and a marketplace for luxury partners.

QRID is a KaritKarma product, live at qrid.club. Authentication is Wenme. Authorization is Darwan. Member messaging runs through pluggable email and SMS providers, with BitsPath first. The 29 club-domain modules, the cross-club invoice, reconciliation, and settlement engine, the partner marketplace, and the editorial member experience are the QRID team's own work on top of that shared spine.

Four pillars

ERP, website, social, network. Three pillars and a bridge.

Most clubs run three vendors, a website agency, and a memory of who borrowed which steward. QRID holds all of that in one auditable place, with reciprocal settlement between clubs as a first-class workflow.

Live at qrid.club
01
ERP

29 modules, one schema, no surprises.

Membership, billing, F&B, banquet, golf, marina, spa, fitness, courts, wine cellar, governance, work orders, accounting, reciprocal, partner marketplace, and more. 812 vertical-slice features and 961 API endpoints on a single PostgreSQL 17 schema with Finbuckle multi-tenancy, EF Core 10 named query filters, and Wolverine 5 messaging. No service maze, no per-module subscription.

02
Website

The club's public face, served on the club's own domain.

Every tenant gets a host-routed editorial site with a real CMS, calendar, events, news, and the digital club rules. Custom domain is first-class with automatic TLS via Traefik. The qrid.club subdomain stays as a fallback. Editorial templates are seeded from the platform team's own work for Artist Club Limited.

03
Social

A members-only network with manners.

A feed for the people inside the club, with Travel Mode, Business Networking, Deal Room, and Cross-Club Events. Auditable, invite-bound, no public profiles, no shadow accounts. Built on top of Wenme passkey sign-in and Darwan per-route authorization, so every interaction is authenticated, authorized, and access-logged.

04
Reciprocal

A member of one club walks into another, and the bill follows them home.

Clubs sign reciprocal agreements inside QRID. A member requests a digital letter of introduction, the home GM approves, a verified QR code is issued to the host club. Charges incurred at the host post back to the member's house account at home, with periodic reconciliation and settlement between the two clubs.

Reciprocal network

A handshake between clubs, in four steps.

A member of the home club walks into a partner club. The host scans a verified QR. The bar charges hit the member's house account at home, and the two clubs reconcile and settle their balances inside QRID.

No manual chits, no reconciliation week
  1. 01

    Apply for reciprocity

The home club requests an agreement inside QRID. The host approves, sets the rate sheet, and the agreement is signed. Both sides see the same record.

  2. 02

Member requests a letter of introduction

From the member app, a request is filed against the destination club and date window. The home GM approves. A signed digital letter and a verified QR code are issued.

  3. 03

Member checks in, and out, at the host

The host scans the QR, validates the introduction, and the visit is checked in against the agreement. Every charge made at the host posts back to the house account at home, and check-out closes the visit record.

  4. 04

    Invoice, reconciliation, settlement

QRID generates the cross-club invoice, runs the reconciliation between the two clubs, and records the settlement, with day balances and a network directory keeping both sides honest. No manual chits. No reconciliation week.

ERP modules

The desks behind the bar, in software.

Six daily-use surfaces out of the 29 modules, each one bound to the same member ledger, the same audit trail, and the same billing engine. No second login. No second invoice run.

M01

F&B + POS

Outlet POS, multi-outlet reporting, daily reconciliation, member-charge tickets, kitchen display, table maps.

M02

Banquet + BEO

Function sheets, banquet event orders, room blocks, catering quotes, calendar conflict detection, deposits.

M03

Tee-time booking, handicaps, slip assignment, vessel registry, fuel logs, service work orders against the boat.

M04

Wine cellar + Spa

Cellar reservations and tasting events, therapist scheduling, treatment booking, member-charge billing direct to the house account.

M05

Governance

Committees, elections, resolutions, AGM packs, motion tracking, members ledger with shareholding history.

M06

Reciprocal + Partner

Letter-of-introduction workflow, cross-club settlement, partner marketplace for luxury brands offering member-only campaigns.

Comparison

QRID vs Jonas vs ForeTees vs a spreadsheet.

Most clubs in the region triangulate. A North-American ERP for the books, a tee-time tool for the course, a website agency on annual retainer, and a steward's memory for who owes the bar money. QRID is the first platform written for the club, not ported into one.

Tiers

Three deployment tiers, one codebase.

T0 runs shared on qrid.club, T1 runs dedicated and KaritKarma-hosted on the club's own domain, T2 runs on the club's own infrastructure. The topology is runtime configuration, not a fork, and every tier onboards through the same 7-step provisioning engine.

T0 Shared

Multi-tenant cloud on qrid.club

  • Club runs on its qrid.club subdomain
  • Full 29-module ERP from day one
  • Members-only social network
  • Passkey sign-in via Wenme
  • 7-step provisioning engine onboarding

T1 Dedicated

Flagship

KaritKarma-hosted on the club's own domain

  • Everything in T0 Shared
  • Custom domain with automatic TLS
  • Dedicated runtime resources
  • Reciprocal network participation
  • Partner marketplace listings

T2 On-premises

Dedicated deployment on the club's own infrastructure

  • Everything in T1 Dedicated
  • Same codebase, topology by runtime config
  • Club-operated infrastructure
  • Custom integration scope
  • Data residency on the club's terms
KaritKarma footprint

Standing on the same shared spine as the rest of KaritKarma.

Wenme for sign-in. Darwan for access control. BitsPath as the first pluggable provider for member messaging. Loom behind the CMS adapter. QRID focuses on what only it can do, the club itself.

01What is QRID?
QRID is the operating system for elite social clubs. It is a multi-tenant SaaS that bundles a 29-module club ERP, a club website served on the club's own domain, and a members-only social network, connected by a reciprocal access network between clubs and a marketplace for luxury partners. QRID is a KaritKarma product, live at qrid.club, and its two founding clubs are Artist Club Limited and Dhanmondi Club Limited in Dhaka.
02How is QRID different from Jonas Club, ForeTees, or a spreadsheet?
Jonas Club is a club-only ERP, ForeTees is a tee-time booking add-on, and a spreadsheet is what most clubs in the region actually run. QRID is the first platform that ships the ERP, the public website, the member-facing social network, and the cross-club reciprocal settlement layer in one product. The reciprocal network and the partner marketplace are first-class, not bolt-ons.
03How does the reciprocal network work?
Clubs sign reciprocal agreements inside QRID. A member requests a digital letter of introduction for a destination club, the home GM approves, and a verified QR code is issued to the host. The host scans the code at check-in, every charge incurred at the host posts back to the member's house account at home, and QRID generates the cross-club invoice, runs the reconciliation, and records the settlement between the two clubs. The full pipeline, from agreement proposal to settled reconciliation, is 31 shipped features inside the Reciprocal module.
04Can a club bring its own domain?
Yes. Custom domains are first-class for both the public website and the member dashboard. Two DNS records pointing at a dedicated ingress IP, provided during onboarding, are all the DNS work the club's IT team has to do. Traefik v3.6 handles TLS through Let's Encrypt automatically, and the qrid.club subdomain stays as a fallback. Per-tenant theming and content sit behind a Finbuckle multi-tenant boundary.
05Who owns the data, and where does it live?
The club owns its data. QRID runs on PostgreSQL 17 on KaritKarma-operated infrastructure inside Bangladesh, with a dedicated migration service keeping per-module schema history. Clubs that need their own infrastructure can take the T2 dedicated on-premises tier, which runs the same codebase with topology set by runtime configuration. Authentication goes through Wenme using OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, and per-route authorization through Darwan, with audit timestamps on tenant records and access logs on every token scan.
06What does QRID cost?
Pricing follows the deployment tier and module mix. Three tiers: T0 shared cloud on qrid.club, T1 dedicated KaritKarma-hosted on the club's own domain, and T2 dedicated on-premises on the club's own infrastructure. The platform is sold by conversation, not self-serve checkout, because the implementation and the data migration are part of every engagement. Talk to the team for a club-specific quote.
